Ben Jackson

I am the current Chair of the Opus Board, Opus Distribution Manager, and Opus Wellbeing Officer. Since becoming an Opus member in 2009, I have worked in various roles within the organisation, having first come on board to shore up the sales for Issue 9 of Now Then Magazine.

Since then and like so many of us in the early days, I’ve been involved in most aspects of our output, from sales to writing, film-making to distribution. As we’ve transitioned into a more proactive and intentionally activist organisation, all of our outputs play an important role in inspiring and facilitating real systemic change.  As such I aim to be actively involved in all that we do at Opus, with compassion, care, and mutual support as the core foundations of all of our work.
